Terms of sale
These terms apply to every purchase from LightsOut Factory ("we", "us") at lightsoutfactory.ai. By buying a kit you accept them, together with the licence, the purchase policy, the acceptable use policy and the risks and disclaimer.
What you buy
A kit is software delivered as a download: source code, configuration templates, scripts and documentation. It is not a service we operate for you, and it does not include hardware, model weights, third-party accounts or any result.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on each kit page and at checkout. Payment is processed by Whop, which acts as our payment provider; Whop's own terms apply to the payment. A purchase is complete when Whop confirms it.
Delivery and updates
We deliver a licence key to the email used at checkout and make the kit available on your downloads page. Each purchase includes twelve months of updates from the purchase date. After that period you keep the versions you downloaded; new releases may be offered separately.
Digital delivery and final sale
A kit is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose any statutory right to withdraw where such a right would otherwise apply. All sales are final, as described in the purchase policy.
Support
The help desk answers questions about installing and running the kits by email at [email protected]. Support does not include custom development or operating the kits on your behalf.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise income, traffic, approvals by any platform or any other outcome. Results depend on your products, your accounts, your decisions and the rules of third-party platforms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or suspended third-party accounts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase.
