What it does
Press is the engine our own network of sites is built on: calculators, reference platforms, guides and blogs, each in up to 43 languages, each rebuilt and republished by timers. It turns content files and data into fast static pages, refuses to publish anything broken, and handles the search plumbing nobody wants to do by hand.
- Pages that cannot ship broken. The build stops on a missing title, a second H1, a broken internal link, a number without a source or an unfinished translation.
- 43 languages on your own model. A translation job with checks for looped, truncated and untranslated output, right-to-left layouts and local number formats.
- Articles that survive a fact check. Drafts are checked claim by claim against their sources, and a repeat guard stops the same topic coming back under a new title.
- Search plumbing included. Sitemaps, hreflang, canonical URLs, structured data, IndexNow pings, llms.txt and a Search Console sync.
- Dynamic where it matters. A small origin server adds forms, checkout links and webhooks behind a Cloudflare tunnel, with no open ports on your machine.

Requirements
- Linux or macOS with Python 3.10 or newer.
- An OpenAI-compatible endpoint for translation and articles (a local model is ideal).
- A Cloudflare account; the free plan is enough.
Good to know
- Search engines demote mass-produced pages. The defaults cap daily output; raising them is your decision.
- Translation quality depends on your model. The checks catch broken output, not every nuance.
Questions
Is it a WordPress plugin?
No. Press builds plain static pages plus a tiny origin server, which is why sites are fast and cheap to host.
Can I host on my own machine?
Yes. The wiring script connects your machine to the internet through a Cloudflare tunnel, without opening ports.

The languages where we measured real search and AI-assistant traffic. The list is a file; you can change it.
