Kits are digital downloads, delivered the moment your payment clears. All sales are final.
Before you buy
Every kit page lists what the kit does, what it needs and what can go wrong. Ask the assistant on any page, or write to [email protected]: if a kit does not fit your setup, we will tell you before you pay.
After you buy
If a kit does not install or run on a supported setup, the help desk works with you until it does. Updates for twelve months are included with every purchase.
Immediate delivery
By completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal where such a right would otherwise apply. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Reversed payments
If a payment is reversed or disputed, the licence and its downloads are switched off.
