In production
Money Desk
One daily email with every dollar: App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, AdMob, Whop and Polar.
- Python
- Postgres or SQLite

What it does
When income arrives from six places, nobody knows the total. Money Desk collects every source into one table, converts it at the day's rate, groups it by product across platforms, and sends one email that says what really earns and what only looks busy.
- Six sources, one table. App Store Connect finance reports, Google Play earnings, Microsoft Store analytics, AdMob, Whop and Polar.
- Net, not gross. Store commissions and fees taken out, one currency, live exchange rates.
- By product, across stores. The same app on three stores counted as one product, so concentration is visible.
- Stale-data alarms. A source that stops updating is flagged instead of silently repeating yesterday's number.
Requirements
- Python 3.10 or newer, Postgres or SQLite.
- API access to the sources you use (each is optional).
- An SMTP mailbox for the daily email.
Good to know
- Each platform reports with its own delay; the email says how fresh every number is.
- Money Desk reads data only. It never moves money.
