Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can and never sell personal data.
What we collect
- Purchases. Whop processes your payment and shares with us your email, the product you bought and the payment status. We never see your card details.
- Licences and downloads. Your licence key, the kits it covers and when each release was downloaded, to deliver updates and prevent sharing.
- Support. The emails you send to the help desk and our replies.
- Waitlists. If you join a waitlist, your email and the kit you chose, used once to tell you it shipped.
- Questions to the factory assistant. The question text, without your IP address, kept for thirty days to improve the answers.
- Site statistics. Cookieless, aggregated visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. No advertising trackers.
Who processes it
Whop (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security and statistics) and our own servers (licences, downloads, help desk). Support replies may be drafted by an AI model that runs on our own hardware.
How long
Purchase and licence records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Support mail is kept for two years, waitlist entries until the kit ships or you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at [email protected].
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your downloads page keeps your session only in your browser tab.
