Find your downloads
Open your downloads and enter the email you used at checkout with your licence key.
Purchases
Kits are delivered instantly as downloads, so all sales are final (see the purchase policy). If a kit does not install on a supported setup, the help desk helps you fix it.
A kit does not work
Send the output of the kit's dry run and your operating system. Most problems are a missing value in the configuration file, and the help desk will tell you which one.
Before you buy
Ask anything about requirements and fit. If a kit is not right for your setup, we will say so.
